Refunds & Exchange Policy

Due to hygiene and security reasons all items are non-refundable.

However if when you receive your item it is faulty /not as described an exchange can be issued. 

Please note all items must be in the original unopened packaging with labels and tags still attached. 

WARNING: All goods will be inspected upon return.

2. Cosmetics: Where the seal has been broken

3.Tights/ Stocking


Include Invoice

It is very important you include the invoice that was sent with your order. On the reverse side of the invoice is a form, which you will need to fill in specifying the items you want to exchange. Without these details unfortunately we will not be able to process your request.

In the unlikely event that we are unable to provide a replacement, we will automatically refund you the product(s) amount and inform you via email.

Please Note: All refunds will be issued to the card used to make the original purchase. Please allow 10-12 working days for the funds to show in your account.
