1. Can I order different sizes for the bra & knickers of a set?

Yes you can, all you have to do is purchase the item in one of the two sizes you require. Once you've received your confirmation email & order no. Just pop us an email requesting the sizes you want.

2. I'm unsure of what size to order

Please see our sizing chart which gives detailed instructions on how to measure yourself to calculate what size should fit you.

3. Do you ship internationally?

4. What should I do if an item does not fit?

We urge all our customers to check our sizing guide prior to purchasing. We are unable to send replacement items.

5. How will my details be used?

Through using www.luvlilounge.com you give your consent to the collection and use of personal information, in regards to the company. Luvli Lounge Ltd will never share or sell your personal information to third parties without your consent.

6. Can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email including your tracking no. And a website link to track the status of your shipment.


7. What Happens If I Miss My Order?

All Luvli Lounge orders must be signed for when delivered, this is to ensure our customers receive the right item. If no one is available to sign for your order a 'we missed you' note will be left at your premises & your package will be sent back to your local depot office for a period of time (please note: this time frame varies depending on location).

If the package is still unclaimed after a period of time it will be sent back to our Luvli Lounge office. On the occasion that this occurs our customer service team will notify you via email and you will be informed of the next steps to take to have your item redelivered.
